Tensile testing is a common analysis technique used to determine metal yield strength, tensile strength, elongation, and elastic modulus.  You will learn how tests are performed, test sample preparation, and interpreting the date. This course was revised and updated October 2022.

Course content

The course takes about 1 hour to complete and consists of one module and a final exam.   Also, a quiz and problems give you opportunities to apply the concepts taught.
