My name is Michael Pfeifer. For the past 25 years I’ve been working with companies to help them make the best decisions about the metals used in their products.

From the moment we start working together, we’ll help you complete each of our process steps.
Phase 1: Review decision/problem
We’ll review the engineering decision or problem with you and discuss the steps to get the information and data needed. Then, we will provide a written proposal.
Phase 2: Get information and data and review with client
This often involves performing analyses to get metallurgical data about your components. We’ll take care of that. We’ll also get other relevant metallurgical information. After we review the data and determine our findings, we'll review them with you and work with your engineering team to identify design choices or the root cause of a problem. The final step of this phase is to provide you with a written report that clients use to make well-informed engineering decisions.
Phase 3: Implementation
After delivering the final report, we’ll build your implementation plan for applying the analysis conclusions and quickly getting the benefits. Then we'll work with your engineering team to execute the plan. The final step is to ensure our clients can measure the value of the work that was performed.
