Length

• Most lessons range in length from 4 to about 15 minutes.  The length of longer lessons is indicated on the details page for those lessons.

Training credits

• No training credits such as continuing education units (CEUs) or professional development hours (PDF) are awarded for completion of lessons.

Watching lessons

•  Click the play button to start the lesson.
• Lessons can be viewed on a PC, Mac, phone, iPad, and tablets.
