Michael’s work was excellent. He understood the scope of the project and immersed himself in the task of accomplishing my goal, providing the whole service from beginning to end and acting as the project leader. It was a cost-reduction project for which Michael developed a novel technique to evaluate the effects of using different materials. He became very involved personally in the project. He found the necessary resources to complete the project without prodding, determined what needed to be done, and took care of it. At the review points, we made the necessary decisions based on the data Michael collected. The communication was great.
